Polly is a professional chef with over 20 years experience. She worked in restaurants and catering companies in NYC and CA. Had a successful culinary career with Compass Group USA (food service management company serving software companies, hospitals and schools). She then transitioned to build the culinary team and program at Pinterest in their headquarters in SF. 

She's always leaned into vegetable forward and healthy eating with global flavors. Her belief in the healing power of food has led her to become a culinary instructor teaching kids and adults. She loves teaching cooking skills and building culinary confidence in her students..
